Everything you need to know before claiming a bonus

A rollover requirement means you need to wager a specified amount before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to wager RM 1,000 across eligible games. At Nustar PH, our rollover is set at a reasonable level and all casino and sports games count toward rollover completion unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

Generally, only one active deposit bonus is allowed at a time. However, certain promotions such as weekly cashback and sports rebates operate independently and can run alongside your deposit bonus. The claim period varies by promotion type. Deposit bonuses typically need to be claimed within 24 hours to 7 days after the deposit is made. Seasonal promotions and flash bonuses have shorter windows — usually 24 to 48 hours. The expiry date of each promotion is clearly stated on its promotion details page at Nustar PH.

If you make a withdrawal before the rollover requirements are met, any unreleased bonus balance will be automatically cancelled. Your original deposit remains fully withdrawable — only the bonus portion will be forfeited.
