Nustar ph Terms and Conditions – Betting Platform Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and nustar ph ("Platform", "We"). Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory and will be completed before any withdrawal is approved. You are required to submit valid identification documents and any supporting documents requested by the nustar ph team within the specified timeframe.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details;
• Nustar ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in safeguarding your password;
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the nustar ph support team immediately;
• You are prohibited from sharing your account or granting access to any other party, including family members.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits into your nustar ph account must be made using payment methods approved by the platform. Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be personally owned by you. nustar ph reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where there is reasonable cause to do so.

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed;
• All wagering requirements associated with bonuses, if any, have been fully met;
• There is no active investigation into the account in question;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated;
• Nustar ph processes the majority of withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours on business days.

Nustar ph reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to fraud, improper bonus use, or activities that violate these terms. Players will be informed of the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by nustar ph are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus only, regardless of the number of accounts registered;
• Misuse of bonuses, including placing opposing bets to fulfill wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension;

6 Game Rules & Betting

• The outcome of each game or bet is final once recorded in the nustar ph system;
• Any technical errors occurring during a game session will be resolved in accordance with nustar ph's technical ruling policy; results deemed invalid will be voided and stakes returned to the player;
• Nustar ph uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure game fairness;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out function available for selected markets;
• Any disputes or complaints regarding game results must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the incident.

7 Prohibited Player Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the nustar ph platform:

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the nustar ph customer support team. In cases of voluntary closure, any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned after the necessary investigation is complete, provided no active term violations are found.

9 Liability Limit
